This book was given to me by my Auntie when I was 6 years old and I absolutely adored it. Many an hour was spent immersed within its pages. The illustrations are also really lovely and I remember how they sparked my imagination as I sat for ages staring at the pages imagining I was living in these other faery-land worlds.

this complets the "a book of poetry" catagory on the bingo board
i liked some of the rhymes and thought behind the poems in this book
i didnt like some of the poems in this book because it was written for younger oidences
i would recommend this book to 5-9 year olds because the riddles and rhymes would enchant them
