Now this is a book I'd recommend to other upcoming 1Ls! I haven't actually started law school yet so I can't say that the advice is 100% accurate, but I did enjoy reading it. Munneke's writing style is personal, humorous, and rooted in reality. He doesn't have an attitude of "read this book and be in the top 10% of your class!" but rather "here are some things you should know that will help you do the best you can."

Good book if you're entering law school, there is no other reason one would/should read it though. It contains lots of exam questions focusing primarily on torts. There is good advice about time and money management as well as information on how to brief cases, what classes are like and how to prepare for exams. It's what I expected from the book.
