Review:

"A Texas Legacy Christmas" by Diann Mills was a wonderful Christian Christmas story and the fourth in this series that will keep you turning the pages until the end. We find Zack Kahler is returning to his hometown of Kahlerville, Texas to work at his local newspaper. However, he never knew that from a slip on ice would land him with two six year old twins. As

Sexual harassment occurred long before that term existed. In this story, Chloe must deal with sexual harassment from her boss who wants to marry her. Add her school teacher, Miss Scott, who is the teacher you wished you had. Then there is Simon who is a great cook but probably more important--a wise man.

Zack [from book 1 of this series] who loves the Lord & find he can love a set of twins. Zack & Chloe have known each other since childhood. Even then he was helping her. Add Zack's loving

"A Texas Legacy Christmas" is a book unlike the others in the series, after all there wasn't a single gun shot fired, hehe. Seriously this was a very good book and nothing like the others. There is a little mystery but sorry that story line was a little too predictable, but with it being a Christmas book, totally understandable.

I wasn't too disappointed with the book, but I really hate that there is a characters story that was just left hanging with no resolution. I have looked to see if maybe t

This book covered a number of topics: unwanted children, racism, parental abuse as well as the love of family, friends, a spouse, and God. It was a nice book to read at this hectic time of year.
Plot: Zack Kahler leaves New York with 6 year old twins he has unthinkingly agreed to adopt. Chloe Weaver has always been an outcast who is now succeeding in her work at the boarding house. Now Zack has returned to his hometown--he like her; she likes him. Can they get together??

A sweet Christmas romance. Nice to see Zach Kahler all grown-up and navigating fatherhood with those precious & hilarious twins he's adopted, and pursuing romance with childhood friend Chloe Weaver.

A nice end to the Texas Legacy series.

This one takes a slow pace throughout the book towards the inevitable. No big surprises here. Other than the slow-paced romance, there is a side-theme regarding the plight of orphans of that era and of child abuse and neglect. Although it was a slow walk in the park, the trip was enjoyable.

Great Read

Very enjoyable reading. Edited well and easy to read. I enjoyed the theme of helping the unfortunate and forgiving those who have wronged us.

This book was extremely cliche and not in the least bit believable. I was disappointed because I really enjoyed several other books by the author.

a great story line to finish the series.... story continues with Zack and his exploration in finding his way and making decisions on his career n relationships in the city and returning where he has love and support of family n community to make his life count. Listening and being obedient to God's voice and learning God walks with you in the hard time as you learn forgiveness and explore your emotional buttons that you need to hand over to God to work in you.

Sweet and simple historical romance.

It was a cute, quick Christmas read but a bit slow-paced. This is the fourth book in the series, and I think perhaps if I had read the previous books first I would have felt more of a connection with the characters.
