A very helpful introduction to both Michael Bull's works and reading the Bible in a typographical / literary structure-minded fashion.

A concise and accessible introduction to the approach often called "interpretive maximalism," this book should prove a helpful steppingstone to some of Michael Bull's more complex works, as well as the work of James Jordan.

Shelves: through-new-eyes
A great introduction to reading the Bible "through new eyes" - the only one I know of for a novice approaching the Bible visually. My only suggestion would be that perhaps an extra paragraph of explanation for every diagram wouldn't have gone amiss (perhaps this leaves room for a more advanced reader to mentor the novice in the approach). But in fairness, Mr. Bull does recommend that the reader revisit and re-read the second half of the book several times to acclimatize to reading visually. This ...more

After reading the Bible Matrix books, I was left wishing there were a short book that walked through the insights from those books that I could use to give to others to help them see the Bible through this perspective. This book does that and more. It makes much of the Word.
