I just finished reading the book. I am excited to begin the ProportionFit diet! Dr. Meyer has laid out a simple plan that we all can follow. Like he said, there are no memberships to join or high priced meals we need to buy. We can eat our own food. I have tried other diets but found them complicated and some were expensive. Finally, a plan I can follow for a lifetime! This is a book for everyone!
