My mom sent me this book over Christmas. Although I have read very far yet, the book is written in a very easy to understand manner, without all the highly technical stuff that laypersons normally don't really get. From the few chapters that I have read, I really like this woman and would love to be able to meet her sometime. The book itself is very informative and anyone interested can make small changes over time to improve overall health and reduce the risks of many major diseases.
Valuable information for new cancer patients and survivors.
