After finishing the Brides of Webster County trilogy I can honestly say I'm not a fan of Brunstetter's work. I have read quite a few Amish fiction books over the years, most of which I've thoroughly enjoyed. Brunstetter fell short, in my opinion. To be fair to her, the competition is overwhelming. again...too many years into the future from book 2
This one is about Melinda (Faith's Daughter), all grown up at 18, and searching for love.

One star for the absolutely hilarious synopsis!! I never really love the Amish books, but this one is crazy. I haven't fully read this, except for skimming. I was sent this book as a joke when I worked at a camp away from home. It became the camp joke. Read only for the corny laughs!

I have really enjoyed these books. They are all easy reads and a good way to lose yourself after a busy day.

Predictable but fun.

I really enjoy reading books that take place in Amish country. This one was just as good as the first book and better than the 2nd book. It did resolve rather quickly but it was a nice quick read.
