Excellent, excellent book about food allergies -- not just for parents of children with food allergies. Also likely to be helpful to young adults or adults with food allergies as well, especially if they develop later in life. Filled with good, scientific information in easy-to-understand language, lots of useful case studies in plain English, and an appendix full of useful resources, including web sites.

Helpful in bits and pieces. Most of it does not apply to my situation.

i found this book to be extremely informative. It's a bit scientific but not too complicated. It gives background information on the bodies defense mechanisms and how/why one's body develops anitbodies to certain proteins and foods.
