I really enjoyed this super cute holiday story of two lonely people who find each other and fall in love while on opposite ends of the world.

Willa Rayne, has a best friend, a new home, and a job that she loves, but after losing her parents, the only family she had, she still felt like she was missing something in her life. Willa helps her best friend make cookies to send to Cindy's brother in Afghanistan. During an internet video call Cindy's brother introduces them to his roommate Eban.

I liked this story. I was very disappointed that it was so short. I mean I knew it was short when I got it for my kindle, but when I started reading it I wanted it to be longer. I think this would make an excellent full length book. I'm becoming quite the fan of Jennifer Conner. She writes about animals and rescuing them - the subject most near and dear to my heart besides my children. A highly recommended story :)

Willa Rayne is alone in the world after her parents are killed in a plane crash. She meets Eben Yates, who is a soldier stationed in Afghanistan, through her friend via internet video chats. Eben has rescued a dog that was found in one of the villages and has received permission to bring him back to the states. Can two people who have never met in person find love half way around the world while chatting online? Can they help heal each other's broken hearts and make a future together.

This is the third shot story of the dog tails series. I loved them all as I am a big dog lover and rescuer of many dogs. They were all so sweet and wonderful, I can't decided which I enjoyed more. Jennifer Conner's Christmas stories are defiantly all delightful and I look forward to reading more.
