Whiskey Cream Banoffi in the making.
I'm not a vegetarian, however I love vegetarian cooking. Not only is it healthy for the body and good for the environment. It is incredibly interesting. Rose Elliot is my absolute favourite vegetarian recipe provider. When I decided to give up meat around 17 years ago I happened to buy one of her books and i have never looked back. The book has good basic info on how to cook pulses etc and heaps of imaginative, interesting recipes - you will never need to look back at the butchers shop ever again! Liberated and more than happy about it!
