Mitch has been keeping an eye on his friends ranch when he finds unexpected guests.

Jenny and her younger twin siblings have just moved to Arizona. Their fathers cousin left his ranch to their father who is now gone which means it goes to them. It's isolated and needs a bit of work. Renee and David miss their friends but soon find that they like Arizona just fine.

Mitch and Jenny find there is a connection between them. This surprises Mitch because he decided years ago that he was staying single
