Matt gave me this book for my birthday. I chose this for our 2 man book club so we could better understand how to use the brick oven Matt built us last year. There is a ton of information on building an oven (but no actual plans) and using it. Lucky for me the bulk of the book relates to bread and how to bake it in a brick oven. Other foods are discussed as well as the author encourages using the whole heat cycle of the oven. This book definitely helped me to expand my existing bread baking ...more

The only problem with reading this book to understand how to use my pizza oven is that now I want to build a bigger bread oven. :-)
