This is a delightful little book. Practical, simple and easy to follow, it teaches us how The Ten Breaths practice can help cultivate mindfulness and concentration. The Ten Breaths practice trains our brains to create new pathways to happiness by rewiring them so that patterns of happiness become habitual.

This delightful little book gives the reader a simple breathing technique to practice that promotes focus, mindfulness, and happiness. Basically, all you have to do is slow down, breathe in and out slowly ten times, and think about the thing that's causing you happiness in the moment. It might be a flower, or a sunny day, or another human being. There. That's it. Just slow down long enough to breathe and count to ten.

We can all benefit from more happiness. So take time to breathe. This can make all the difference. You release, and you become a free person. As a free person, you see that there are many ways to respond to the same event, not just one way. When we're able to produce the energy of love and compassion, happiness is there. This0.+- is what we need most. This is what the world needs most.
