The good: A creative take on the romance/time-travel thing. Not just a magic explanation (or no explanation at all) as most have -- an actual gadget! From an alien planet! The characters are fairly likable as well.

The bad: The plot wanders hither and yon, leaving loose ends all over the place. Only to be neatly tied up in a 7-page-POOF!-epilogue.

The ugly: Yikes! What a cover! And for a book that never goes beyond PG-13, it's not even accurate advertising.

I decided to give this books 3 stars because some places bored me to the point I was skimming and only reading the characters conversations. Thankfully I only got bored at the beginning and again near the end. I also wish the book would of been a little heavier on the details towards the ending of the story, but at least it had a happy ending. All and all worth the read.

A wonderful romantice story. Traveling or rather I say hopping from one time to another this couple goes through so much for their love. They are so deserving by the end. One spot had me burst out laughing so hard and it earned the 4th star. A truly great love story!

No quotes stood out, unfortunately.

Tess Mallory still believes in fairies, so she strives to make her books as magical as possible, filled with romance, humor, history, fun, and fantasy. Her life has been pretty magical, too. Not perfect, but truly blessed. She's a breast cancer survivor married to a guy so understanding, his name should be in lights, their three children love her in spite of the dragon shirts she loves to wear, an ...more
