The upper portion of the cover of this 1898 book says 'Words by Rudyard Kipling' but the larger title at the bottom declares 'An Almanac Of Twelve Sports by William Nicholson'.

I was curious about a man who would get technically better billing than Kipling so I googled and found that Nicholson was quite a busy fellow back in the day.
