Wow what a wild ride this series was. I think I have forgotten to mention that each book is rather short so it didn’t take long to read all three books in one sitting. With that said, I am amazed at the amount of intense drama she packed in each book though. I finished this one and had to just sit and catch my breath.

We begin in the final book of the series that Angelica and Reyes had to decide if he would allow her to dominate him for the Scorpion. It was clear this was a trap but they didn’t

reviewing all 3 parts of this together.

not a bad story. there were parts i really enjoyed and others i just didn't quite get for whatever reason. some things were a little superfluous to the story (his mother), while others could have been explored a little more (returning to "normal" life & her mother).

a good enough read, but i don't thin I'll be rushing off to read the rest of the Men In Chains series.

Third and final part in this serialisation that features vampires , BDSM and slavery. These are not standalone's and really do need to be read in order and this the conclusion just ramps up the sexual heat with a deliciously unique ménage , you have been warned!
Reyes is a vampire who spent years as a sexual slave to a sadistic and cruel mistress. Now he's finally about to take down Stalin the organisation that uses humans as little more than cattle and he has partnered up with the very human Ang

Reyes I liked when he was honest and deep and I just liked him, "he dove in. “I want you to stick this out with me, to share a blood-chain bond— which will help keep you safe. I think with you by my side, I’ll be able to finish my mission. In fact I’m sure of it. Angelica, I want you to stay, to continue to pose as my slave, to be with me." I mean the boy is just desperate, "he drew her into his arms and kissed her, then nuzzled her neck. “Angelica,” he murmured against her throat. “You made eve ...more

This is the conclusion to the Savage Chains serial. I have to say I was a little disappointed. From the build up of the first two...the ending to me felt to HEA and just thrown together. There were surprises but... mayeb it was just me.

Reyes and Angelica are about to preform for Sweet Dove. Of course we all know it can't go as planned and Sweet Dove isnt' going to keep her word. As we go further we get more hot sex, sweet love making, Reyes splitting himself in two, and a few other surprises. I

I believe this is the conclusion of the Savage Chains series, although it is written in a way that the author can easily add more to the story, and it is a great conclusion to Reyes and Angelica's story. Scorpion's identity was revealed in the previous book and Angelica and Reyes must decide just how far they are willing to go to take down the Starlin group. And they find themselves in a deadly situation more than once this time around.

Despite all that is going wrong around them, their relation

Combined review of Savage Chains 1-3

I originally found this series on NetGalley and quickly snapped it up, Born in Chains is the first and is a unique and steamy vampire romance series. This review will be for all three Savage Chains novella’s that are quick reads and introduce us to Brogan and Angelica and the world of the vampire slave trade. They were all thoroughly enjoyable and I loved Brogan’s tough exterior but gentle heart towards Angelica.

Angelica is an accountant at a big firm, but h

Shortest of the three but a good conclusion to the series.
She Hearts Books
Time for a little forced role reversal for Reyes and Angelica at the hands of the crazy duo behind everything. While this was crazy hot, you just don't want your vamp's ex giving the directions especially since she's a very very bad vamp. On top of that her creepy partner in crime wants Angelica. Just when you think it's safe to chain up your boyfriend and get your kink on...
You may be thinking this will end a certain way, but you may be thinking wrong. It's better.

I give Savage Chains: Shattere

I confess I've had a love affaire with vampires for several years now, especially warrior vampires, the kind found in the books of Sherrilyn Kenyon, Lara Adrian and JR Ward. Though I've been published in Regency Romance under the pseudonym Valerie King--and yes one of my Regency Novellas features a vampire--one day I woke up knowing I had to create my own contemporary world of the warrior vampire. ...more
