I bought this book to look learn more about multiplying my kefir grains. It did have to something to say about that, but it was mostly a collection of recipes. In fact, of the 120 some pages in this book, only 35 are dedicated to non-recipe information. A lot of the information is repetitve and none of it is sourced.

I would recommend this book to someone who doesn't know anything about kefir or to those who want more recipe outcomes than the traditional product.

great book. Recipes are helpful and how-to make the different types was insightful. I would recommend this book to anyone trying kefir.
