I think this book could have been good, it just never made it there. so much more could have been done, especially with the main character being HIV positive. Characters were developed and dropped so quickly, I was left wondering, what was the point of bringing them up at all? This was indeed not my typical read. However, it was interesting to read how a woman goes through her trials and tribulations. What I liked most was she was a woman who didn't fit the part of most of her struggles. She broke the mold. Very good read.
Main character has aids. Very different story line. Touching into lives that rarely written about.

I loved it. This was acutally the last book I finished reading. Very good.
It's not the book for me.
