This book is a collection of 12 IP management concepts from 12 different authors. Some of the sections were very good, some less valuable. The themes are consistent with the other books in this genre: monetizing the value of IP, trade-offs of patents and trade-secrets, obtaining technology from outside the company, and the need for top levels of management to accommodate to the changes in IP management.
