Detailed diagrams, drawings, and detailed descriptions will help you learn and master the art of graphite sketches.

I started reading this book because the drawings were beautiful and I wanted to see if I could learn to draw one of the landscapes then turn it into a watercolour painting. I finished this book because I was drawn to the portals in the book. The drawing are so beautiful that you can't believe someone drew them. The very beginning of this book teaches beginning drawing students about the core basics of drawing with graphite pencil. The rest of the book focuses on example drawings of how to draw things like: trees, foliage, skies, clouds, harbors, seascapes, deserts,houses, canals and windmills.
