This book is a fabulous piece of government propaganda. Published in 1929 it details (and 'details' being very much the operative word) almost everything about the first 100 years of the Swan River Colony/Western Australia. The book is edited by perennial WA conservative celebrities Hal Colebatch (not sure which one), and covers subjects including transport, the swan river, university, flora (endlessly), fauna (incessantly) and a patronising chapter on the indigenous people.
