I'm finding bits and pieces from this book to use in my quest to learn how to draw Zentangles (aka Zendoodles). This book seems to be geared more towards scrapbook page designs, but I am finding it useful even though I do not do scrapbooking. Once I become more comfortable with drawing Zentangles, I plan to learn how to create a true art journal in which the pages look like seamless collages, sometimes with mixed media. Geared towards scrapbookers who have little drawing experience. A good beginner guide.
All the tips in this book are so easy but gathered together like this it becomes a whole different approach to paper craft. I loved it. Once I started reading I didn't stop until I read all the way through and then I picked up my pen and started practicing.
