Yum. This book has a lot of great recipes. It is nice to have a tapas recipe so you can make dinner and not have a ton of leftovers. Most recipes in this book serve 4 for appetizers and 2 for dinner. My original inspiration for picking this up was to start planning the menu for my Christmas Party. Yes, I am crazy. I think I will try a lot of these as dinner recipes.
