A boy comes up with all kinds of reasons why his homework is missing: a boa constrictor slithered away with it, aliens abducted it, it ran away and joined the circus. It couldn't be the old stand by, could it? The dog ate it?

I liked the possibilities. Ending predictable but kids will love it
