My 10 year old son and I read every book in this series and loved them. A quick study of art history with fun illustrations and key images from each of the artist's repertoire.
Another great artist history in the "Getting to know..." series. Easy enough for an early reader to comprehend, but very entertaining and humorous for a grown-up.
One of a series of books about artists I have purchased for my classroom. An easy read, it presents Monet and his most famous works.
Great for children and anyone who has very limited knowledge.
Really funny
I like this series of book. I picked them up at the National Gallery of Art. I picked them out because I loved many of the paintings that I had seen there that day. They do have a lot of words that I don't read, I really just enjoy the pictures.
