Another great book by David Small. This is hilarious laugh out loud book all in prose. We read it on Tumblebooks today. It's a funny story and my class was totally taken by it.

I laughed out loud while reading this book! Hoover (cleverly named) marries a vacuum cleaner after it makes his house all clean and shiny! And Jane Deer marries a lawnmower! When the 2 appliances disappear, Hoover and Jane fall in love. This story rhymes throughout and would be great to do a readaloud with! It's a very cute story with a plot I've never read, which is rare!

This is one of my favorite childrens' book. I found it by chance and loved it's clever story and rhyme throughout the entire book.
