I found the book to read like a movie script. It was full of action scenes that followed one after another. I thought the scenes and story elements were well executed but I had no emotional context for the characters. Therefore, It was hard to relate because the author didn't give people like Jon much depth.

I did like that the story moved all over the world and the books protagonist faced different kinds of challenges based on the geography, which added excitement. Ultimately, it was a book that

I was really pleased with "Operation King Cobra", even thought it's historical fiction I gave me an idea of what my father might have went through when he was in Vietnam. I didn't finish it in one sitting but I have to say that it was hard to put down and a joy to pick back up. Great job! I won this great book on GoodReads and like I do with most my wins I will be paying it forward by giving my win either to a friend or library to enjoy.

This was a WWII story about special forces. there was an elite group, led by an American, and including one French and English elite and highly trained men. The story was well written and did not lag, as the reader was taken along for several missions.
