This was beyond hysterical the first time I read it! I took it to work and one of my co-workers was in tears but the rest were "what's so funny??" (Oh well, there's something for everyone) I plan to get the reprint that is in color and a bigger format.

Delightfully strange and slightly creepy.

An amusing moral tale about how children are good even if they're not "perfect." The illustrations are lovely, and the bit where the head hops is quite amusing to the kids and the adult reader.

Can't believe this is on here! My parents gave this to my children, and it's one that I really enjoy reading out loud. So weird.
