Amy Wilkins is a twenty-seven year old nurse working for Dr Luke Morton, and a widow. She’s returning home from a date gone wrong when Ben Morton, Luke’s older brother, a widower with two children—two children who seem to think it’s time they got a new mother.

Ben’s wife died three years ago, and he hasn’t had time to even think about dating since. But Amy catches his eye. And he still hasn’t come to terms with how a loving God could take his wife. Amy lost her husband eighteen months ago, and b
This is a sweet romance story. It does what the genre its written for asks. It's a light and easy page turning very predictable read. When I read books by Australians, I love to see Aussieisms... You won't find that in this book, instead in some ways, it has been Americanised I guess to suit the publisher and general market of this genre. It's well written and edited,. this is the first book I've read by this author, and when I feel like a quick light read, I look forward to reading more of Atki ...more
Very heartwarming and a quick read.

The story begins with every young woman's nightmare but a timely rescue leads to a more hopeful outcome.

The small country town is always appealing, but it has its problems under the surface. Especially an orchard grower who is battling on after the death of his wife.

And then there's Amy who has been through a emotional wringer. No matter how much she fights her attraction, she finds herself longing for more than what she's ever been given...her first marriage a

The Nurse’s Perfect Match

I loved this book by Narelle Atkins! A perfectly sweet romantic story with memorable characters and a vivid setting.

Ben Morton takes care of the family apple orchard. His wife died from cancer and left him with two kids. He questions God and his faith for the situation he finds himself in.

Amy Wilkins is a nurse. Her marriage was in shambles when her husband died. She can still hear him telling her how badly she was doing as a wife. She feels guilty be

Very enjoyable story.

Ben lost his wife three years ago to cancer. He was left with two children to raise. He has taken over the family apple orchard and is hopeful for a very good year so he can feel comfortable financially.

Amy is a widow who has returned home and works for Ben's brother, Luke, at the clinic. She is also best friends with their sister Rachel so she has a past friendship with Luke and Ben.

Little things soon find them thrown together often and Chloe starts praying that Amy will

Amy returns to her hometown after her far from perfect marriage ends with her husband's death. She meets up with the older brother of her best friend from school. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love a story that just 'pulls you in' - this one was one of those...Even tough the charecters grew up together and knew each other for years, they'd grown apart and were unaware of the events of each other's lives as each went on to live their own lives. It's sad the way a woman so strong in the Lord and confident and happy can be destroyed emotionally by 1 man who was so caught up with the love of money and whose 1 goal in life was the acquiring more of it. It ...more

Recommends it for: to anyone liking a good clean romance written by a wonderful Christian lady....
The Nurse's Perfect Match should get a 10 star rating! One of the best books I have ever read! A truly brilliant story, so well written, entertaining, exciting story, an excellent theme, and awesome characters of a nurse and apple orchard producer! The story was filled with love, hope, faith, family, and lots of inspiration. It was funny in parts and had you smiling or laughing, as well as times of tearing up or shedding crocodile tears! Such a delight to read and the ending was divine! I loved ...more

There was a lot of hope in this story. Amy returns to her hometown weary and sad. She works hard to make a new life for herself that will fill the gaping hole in her heart. Ben is still trying to establish a new normality for his young family years after the passing of his wife.
I enjoyed the way Narelle Atkins interlocks these two lives to show God’s love and blessing after heartbreak.

I won this book through the Heartsong Treasure Hunt held on Goodreads.

I really liked this book.
It was the first inspirational romance I've ever read and I'm sure going to read more.

The story is about Amy and Ben.
Amy, now widow, moves back to Snowgum Creek where she grew up. She is working as a nurse at the clinic. One night she meets Ben, the brother of one of her childhood friend, who gives her a ride home. Ben is a widower and has two children, Chloe and Declan.
The two of them grow closer, but
