Sean Meyrick Hanley steps out of the scriptwriting arena of TV sitcoms and burgeoning films to climb the stairs toward the platform reserved for serious writers of the novel genre. It is difficult to believe that THE CONVERTIBLE LIFE is a debut novel, but then again how many writers have the chutzpah to be so very frank about so many areas of contemporary mores and lifestyles and puffed up dreams
