Eh. Not really stupid, just so formulaic. The enjoyment probably rises a bit for those who are Arthur fans. Good message (namely don't wander away from your parents), although the consequences for breaking that rule are not clearly stated. A plus for the book is that it does introduce some popular New York sites.

While my kids love Arthur and I think that he is nice character for them to relate to, there is nothing particularly special about this book. It reads like a cartoon and doesn't do the character justice.

this book was good it had words that were blue, then in the book there where stickers that matched the blue words. This is good word picture recognition
