I love this book. A few years ago, I wrote the author a letter of thanks for her wonderful book. I was so surprised when she wrote me back acknowledging, with appreciation, my letter!

Quick, easy read. Builds upon her "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway" classic. Many exercises that I think would positively help someone put some structure into their life in a way that would make it more rounded and satisfying.
