this book is very inspiring and gives you a closer look into what the lives of a number 1 fashion designers life is like. While reading this book I discovered that the life Collette Dinnigan has been blessed with has been nothing less then a roller-coaster ride, she set out on a journey from her home in South Africa at the age of 8 and her family let fate take them the rest of the way.
in this book Collette Dinnigan shows all of the people she has designed for and all of the pathways she has chos

Beautiful pictures an illustrations throughout the book earns this book 2 stars. However as someone who didn't know of the author before hand and her place in the fashion industry the book just jumped all over the place and didn't fully explain anything, with random names used with the relationship of the person not explained until much later on. Very much a coffee table book, designed more to be pretty than a good read

Pretty collection of stories about Collette Dinnigan's life and how she came to design and build such a beautiful collection of clothing. Beautiful photos of the pieces with beautiful people wearing them naturally accompany the writings. My copy came signed by CD and with a lovely silk scarf (designed by CD as well). Stirs the creative urges and the longings for beautiful things.
