short story. I didn't think that there was too much of an ending. Angie and her parents were the ideal family until a car accident takes her father from her. Her mother then finds that being a Christian isn't just a religion, but a relationship with Jesus. She tries to force her new discovery on her daughter and ends up causing her to turn away instead. Angie now lives in california but come home to Idaho to help her mother recover from knee surgery. In the process in being in her home town she ...more

Angie returns home for eight weeks to help her mom out after knee surgery. Her mother prays that it will be an opportunity to get closer to her daughter and that God would work in her daughters heart to bring her closer to Him. Will Angie decide to stay? That is the big question.

I really enjoyed this. I was kind of surprised. I would like to read the rest in the series to find out what happens next. The writing style is smooth and the characters are so likeable. I was surprised that the Christia

I absolutely loved this book and was excited to find it will be a series. Angie's questions of God were ones I've heard repeatedly. I love that Robin Lee Hatcher took the time to answer these in such a heart warming setting. I wanted to visit Hart's Crossing just to breathe in the fresh air with Angie. I can't wait to see how Angie's quest unfolds through the remainder of the series. I think Legacy Lane was a great way to pull the reader in and invite them to walk the journey of Angie's search ...more

I really enjoyed this satisfying short book and will definitely be reading the rest of the series. I'm glad my church library has them all!
It's a good tale of small town life and the true meaning of a contented life.

It was a short story. I enjoyed it even though it was predictable. No matter how we think things in life are of our own volition. God always can turn it for good.

This is a quick little read. Bit schmarmy at times but pulls you into small town America. I am skeptical at novellas, but this one did pull me in.

Decent short story that took me a little more than an hour to read. I thought the ending seemed rushed & the author really could have developed the characters more.

An excellent book of a real life story on how sometimes we become too caught up in our lives to realize what is important.

Excellent read. A little short. This is the opening book of the series and sets the stage for what is to come. I recommend.

It was pretty good but it just ended sort of like the author was done with the story before the story was done

It was so refreshing to read an engaging story not involving sex. I was able to feel Angie's pain although I am a believer. Excellent read!

Very cute quick read. Loved the characters struggle with her faith, as it is a battle many of us fight. Can not wait to read the next one.
