This book has several great exercises to assist couples who are preparing for parenthood. Most chapters applied to couples in the pre-pregnancy and pregnant stages but there were a few good chapters for new parents. I was drawn to the chapter on practicing patience. I read it three times. I struggle in this area but am improving -- thanks to self-help books like this one that offer various perspectives on handling patience based on your individual character.
