I was disappointed with this book. Some of the recipes sounded pretty good, but the pictures weren't very well done. I wanted more pictures of the recipes. For example, they had a wedding menu and a Christmas menu, but not a single picture of either one, while they had several pictures of a vegetable stand. I know what vegetables look like, I wanted to see the food. Plus, I noticed that they really had their favorites and they pushed them. There must have been a dozen recipes with grapefruits or ...more
