Originally I didn’t think much of this book; in part this was due to its incorporation in a past course. However, when I revisited this work I found it to be interesting and educationally beneficial .On the whole I don’t think this is one of those books you read head on from start to end, rather I suggest piecing through the text /individual stories. If you’re a history buff, or if you have an interest in L.A.C studies then this book is worth the read (though it can be rather confusing at times ...more
