Okay…I don’t like doing this, and maybe part of this is my fault, so I am taking partial responsibility. Honestly…I just came off a bunch of really back to back awesome books, this was bound to happen…but the last one was an extreme mind-fuck and I’m wondering if that isn’t part of the cause for why this book didn’t work for me. Mentally, I just don’t think I was connecting with the book.

I like the premise…I really liked the opening scene (it’s what pulled me in and made me be like

Sadie Miller is the ultimate bad girl – she sleeps around, drinks booze and likes to party hard. She would wake up in the morning on a stranger’s bed. THIS WAS THE PAST. She did a total 360 in attempting to change her life – no more parties, no relationships, and most of all, no sleeping aroun

I'm not normally into softer books like this but my sister-in-law has been hounding me for absolute ages to read the series or, at the very least, the first book and so I did (thus the super late review but so be it lol). As expected, it wasn't to my liking and that's not just because this isn't my usual genre, either.

I won't downplay Michelle Lynn's eloquence by any means! Man, that girl can put together some great scenes and, Jesus, is she heavy with the literary devices. I couldn't get over

I really enjoyed reading "Don't let Go" and although heart breaking at times, I was glad the main characters got their HEA.

Sadie Miller had a devastating past she was desperate to get away from. She'd spent her life trying to find her place in the world and with one tragic event after another, all she craved was security. My heart really went out to her because she was looking for this comfort blanket in all the wrong places and time after time, she was left hurt and alone. I was so pleased tha

5 stars!!!!! star gif photo: star star.gif Def does not cover it for me. This book was amazing. Sadie is @ Drayton University when she realizes she is not the person she want's to be, things she has done, the person she is becoming so she transfers out and goes to Western College for her Senior year for a fresh start. Her roommate is Jessa, and she drags her to a bar/house and this is where Sadie meets Brady. He is in a band and is the total opposite of anything that she has ever fallen for or been with, she fights it of co ...more

"You're the only girl who consumes my thoughts, my dreams, and my mind."

Don't Let Go started off with a bang! (pun most definitely intended) *wink* So, to say I was very interested in seeing where things would go, would be a safe bet. Sadie Miller was not the typical good girl we usually get in books, in fact, she was quite the opposite.

Trying to overcome a few demons from her past, she moved to finish college in a new city. There, she vowed to stay away from

I fell in love with Brady and Sadie. Don't Let Go is fantastic, one of my favorites of the year by far! This story is my favorite type of romance. The hero and heroine are both trying to change from their turbulent pasts, they find each other and work through it together. Sadie is a great heroine. She's strong and confident without even knowing it. She is dealing with her past and starting fresh; finding Brady wasn't planned but he was a welcomed distraction. Sadie finds herself living a better ...more

After only six months I do not remember a single thing that happened in this book. that has never happened before! says a lot about the story though...

2 stars. I'm sorry, but I did not like this book. I was really looking foward to reading it, but it completely disappointed me.
Three things I didn't like: insta love, the writing style, the "issues" Sadie and Brady had to deal with.

I hate insta love books. I just don't believe in love at first sight. Lust, attraction or being intri

I really wanted to like this book, but I couldn't get behind Sadie as a likeable lead and that soured the rest of the story for me. I don't feel like she was mature. She was a spoiled, little rich girl who I really just didn't like. Sure, she had reasons for her issues (although I couldn't get behind the reason for her sluttiness, that seemed very unrealistic to me), but she was not grown up at all. She'd never held a job before and when her father cut her off she would have been completely lost ...more

Get ready to fall in love with Brady Carsen ladies! The story follows Sadie who has just transferred from another college to get away from the tragedy that transpired there. Sadie has a past and is determined to avoid it and start new. Once Brady enters her life it becomes more and more difficult for her to keep her secrets hidden. With the love and support of Brady she's able to face her past.
Michelle does a beautiful job developing the characters and keeps the story flowing smoothly!

I had the pleasure of being a beta reader for Michelle, so I got to meet Brady before the rest of the book world did. I fell in love with Brady from the moment I met him.

People looking from the outside in, thought that Sadie Miller had it all. Sadie comes from a very wealthy family to say the least. Sadie used sex to help cope with the pain that she was feeling. Sadie has a past that she is trying to leave behind when she transfers to a new college her junior year. Sadie wants a new life, a fre

Are you ready for smart, sweet, college student storyline that is not like the rest of them? Are you sick of jerky guys and submissive girls who put up with their crap? Are you ready to read a fantastic story about college kids who act like normal everyday college age students?? Then this is the book for you!

If you think this book is just like every other college girl meet another rocker guy, think again. This was a refreshing story about more than that. This a brilliant story about people who

When I first read the synopsis for this book I was worried. Another college girl. Another band guy.

But, I needn't be worried. This didn't follow the normal band guy is a ladies man, virgin college girl storyline. It was quite the opposite. Yes they fall in love. But she's a slut turning herself around starting over at a new school and he's known he's wanted her since he saw her. Knew she was it. See- quite the difference. And she's the one fighting it. I thought this was super cute. I couldn't

Somethimes what you need most to heal and move forward is the exact opposite of what you expected.

For Sadie, living through pain and guilt over a past she had no control over she numbs herself by filling the void with her body and the frat boys who only want one thing.

"Dude. You can't save girls like that, you just enjoy what they give you,.."

Decideing a change is needed Sadie leaves behind her current college for a new start where no one knows her. Hiding out and keeping to herself she is c

The synopsis of the book is what got me intrigued and I decided to give it a chance. And it was really really good! The plot was great but the characters are what made me like the book a lot.

Sadie has gone through some horrible events in her past so she decides to start anew. She is now at a new college and she is determined to not be the girl that she was before. So when her roommate Jessa convinces her to go to a bar, she reluctantly agrees. That is where we meet the undeniably swoon-worthy B

This was my first book by Michelle Lynn and I certainly was not disappointed. Don't Let Go was the kind of book that you can curl up in a chair with a blanket and read in one sitting. It grabs your attention and maintains it, which is the best kind of book in my opinion. There was a fantastic variety of characters to absorb in this book aside from the main ones which is also another favorite quality because it means that I will most likely be seeing more about them.

When we first meet Sadie, she

This was a very good, generic love story. There were a lot of over-used cliches that made this book a bit boring and unexciting. At the same time, this love story unfolded in a tried and true way that is always nice to read.

Sadie transfers from Drayton to a new school her senior year of college. She has secrets, and she is afraid to get involved with anyone. Brady Carsen is in a band and he has secrets too. Brady has a faux-hawk so he is a "bad boy" and Sadie has designer clothes so she is a "p

So many amazing things to say about this book. First and foremost.... I would like to thank my new tie for #1 book hottie list...Mr. Brady Carsen. Hmmm, seriously he could not be more perfect. He is not over the top, not dramatic, he is simple, smart, caring, thoughtful, loving, loyal, n let's not forget the good parts...Hott, sexy, sensual, and passionate. I loved every word of this book. Probably a 3.5 stars. I enjoyed the premise of this book, but I felt the book could have been a lot better. The writing was very matter of fact -- not written for the reader to formulate his own conclusions, but just being told what was going on. And, because of this for some reason, I just didn't care enough about what was happening in the story to really find the book unputdownable (a word?).

I didn't really feel the hurt, angst or anger that the leads stated they felt because of what happened

What can I say except you will fall so in love with Brady and Sadie and there friends.
This book starts of with Sadie pretty much going through a horrific time in her life. Trying to find the balance of who she really is. She decides to start over and learns not to numb the pain of what she has been through. She tried to find her other half for so long it made her question if she was good enough for anyone. But Sadie is a fighter and you learn that in this book.
Omg now Brady woweee what can I say

Looking for a sweet romance with a Happy Ever After? THIS IS IT! This book contains likeable characters that were well developed by the author, a realistic story line, a yummy sweet rocker, great intimate scenes and just a touch of drama.

Sadie has transferred to a new college in order to separate herself from her past. A traumatic event occurs that leaves her closed off to everyone around her until her dorm roommate, Jessa creeps her way in and drags her out of their room one night. She doesn't

Don't Let Go (The Invisibles #1) will capture you from the first page! The story is refreshing and sweet, the heroine (Sadie) is easy to relate to, and the hero (Brady) is perfectly imperfect. Michelle Lynn does a great job at developing these characters and making them seem real. Don't Let Go is one of the cutest love stories I've read this year. You will fall in love with Brady. You will root for Sadie and Brady's relationship. And you will anxiously await Let Me In (The Invisibles #2)!

Michelle Lynn has always been a reader, but her passion has become a full-blown addiction since her husband bought her a Kindle for Mother's Day. Or when he loses sleep because the glow from the screen wakes him up when he rolls ...more
