Took another reading detour after reading the Popol Vuh. This time its another book I it found in the same Thrift Store where I found Red Scarf Girl.

This book dealing with the events of 1989 in which throughout the Soviet Bloc and the Soviet Union was undergoing dramatic changes starting in Communist Poland in which back in 1980-81 when an Electrician by the name of Lech Walesa would lead a workers strike in the Lenin Shipyards in Gdansk which would become the independent Trade Union Solidarity
