O'Connor doesn't fail to deliver in the second installment of the Dragonath Chronicles. Awakening provides the readers with continued action, suspense, twists and turns, and character depth O'Connor's readers have come to expect. She picks up where the first novel ends and continues the draw and intrigue she created in "The Lost Heir." I love the new elements she adds (not going to spoil it). She takes classic elements and creates something new. Her story is unique and characters are realistic even if they are based in a fantasy world. I ...more
