Resigned to raising her baby without the father, Diane has everything figured out—a substitute dad in place, a support system ready, and a new home to move into—at least until the day he knocks on her door.

Matt tried to let Diane go, tried to forget that she was carrying his child, but an ultrasound picture brings his walls tumbling down. He can’t stay away any longer. But

Book 4 in the series is just as good if not better than the first 3! Amazing story, make sure to read the first ones before this one.

Diane is pregnant but finds herself without the love of a spouse to share in the joy. Matt denies that the baby is his and pushes Diane to walk away and out of his life.
Tom is a great friend and is happy to take on the responsibility of raising another mans baby as his own but also needs a life of his own and wants to see Diane and Matt work things out.

Growing Love By Lacey Wolfe

***Growing Love is book #5 of "The Brookfield Series"***

1- Bed, Breakfast, and You
2- Finding Home
3- Bare Necessities
4- Not Just Friends
5- Growing Love

With that being said... I did read each and every one of the 5 books.. The one thing I really enjoyed about this series is that you don't have to read each book to understand the next... they are linked to each other as characters make appereances in each others stories but each book has its own story...I personally like

Growing Love, the latest from Lacey Wolfe made me happy, angry, cry, and happy some more! Having read Not Just Friends, I felt excited to read this next chapter involving the good folks of Brookfield, WY.

In the story, Diane (the heroine) finds herself pregnant and alone. Her complicated relationship with Matt is further complicated by him saying that it is not his child and pushing her away. She is left with the option of her good friend Tom being willing to raise another mans baby as his own. W

Thank you to Lacey Wolfe for the opportunity to read this prior to release day! I have been looking forward to this one since Not Just Friends was released. The twist that Ms. Wolfe put in that story made me really intrigued with how she would write it. To be honest, I was hoping that she would keep the twist as part of the story. *sigh*

For me, cheating is something that I absolutely despise. Since Matt and Diane were involved in cheating in Not Just Friends, I didn't like them in that book. How

Diane decides she wants to spice things up and bring another man into the relationship. The man she choses is her best friend, Tom. Matt her boyfriend never wanted this, but didn't want to lose her. In the end, it's something both of them regret.

Diane become pregnant and after spiting Matt one night and sleeping with just Tom, Matt says the baby isn't his. He of course knows that isn't the truth, but he's been hurt deeply. When Diane leaves, Matt doesn't come to her begging for her to stay. She

Another cute, quick read from Lacey! This book could really be divided into two sections, pre-baby and post-baby because there seemed to be a clear division within the story. To be honest, I had a difficult time connecting with Diane, especially pre-baby. Her selfish behavior made Matt's own faults almost seem endearing. She did grow and mature after the baby was born but by that time I had such a dislike for her that it was too late to win me back. Matt on the other hand, gained my respect ...more

I have to say, regardless of how this story ended, I just don't like Diane. I feel that Matt and Tom stole this story. They were great. I loved seeing things develop and change. I alway love seeing a man go to lengths like Matt did when their woman is pregnant. I feel that Diane is childish, snotty and selfish. Again, no matter what, my opinion on her stays the same. This is yet another super sweet story from the Brookfield series and another great quick read!

Easy read, it sucks you right in and you won't want to put it down. I had a bit of love/hate relationship with Diane but in the end she turned out okay. I agree with one of the other reviews on this being able to be split into two stories pre and post baby. All in all... loved it!

I think the woman in the story was very immature and childish at times. It kind of pissed me off, not just her but the whole thing. I can't say I really cared for it at all.
