Disclaimer: I know this author personally. That said, I approached this book as I would any other author I might read.

I've become terribly horrible at writing reviews of the books I've recently read. While Forgotten isn't exactly the freshest in my mind, I think I can scrounge up a few things to say about it to accurately reflect my rating.

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.

The description had me excited to read this story. While the storyline flowed and was developed it did not pull me in. This is a book that isn't for everyone, but it did not turn me off of the author. I would recommend this book to those who just need a nice story.

Frances Pauli writes across multiple genres. Her work is speculative, full of the fantastic, and quite often romantic at its core. Whenever possible, she enjoys weaving in a little humor. Once upon a time she was a visual artist, but she's since come to her senses. Now she fills her miniscule amount of free time with things like crochet, belly dance and abysmal ukulele playing. She lives in ...more
