This book was more enjoyable than the other two and I would like to know when the forth book will be out next year and will there be more to follow after that because I really liked these books good luck with the writing and more books like them.

This is an unusual story, and is the third installment in an evolving project. It makes full use of the ultimate freedom of science fiction/fantasy, that of developing a story line and then creating the world where it happens. This world is inhabited by shape shifters and a fireman, although very likely not the type that immediately comes to mind. One of the best fantasy stories I've read... gripping, great use of language as a device to capture the reader's attention and focus. Amazing subplots, in particular, the subplot of the wolf who is turned into a human girl. Her struggle to understand her change and blind love and reliance on her "master" (the man who changed her) is a subplot that seems to have no connection to the rest of the story, but I think as it unfolds it will be intricately woven in the greater plot that has yet to be ...more

I'm biased... but I think Fantasy readers will enjoy this series, in particular, this book which is when things start to heat up....
