I rather enjoy reading about what I do. Indexing to me is an enjoyable and honorable profession, and I get a lot of pleasure from the focus on detail and the creative as well as logical side to the work. Reading books on indexing gives me a chance to see how others in my field handle some of the challenges we come across on a regular basis.

That said, this book didn't really live up to my expectations. It's possible that the world didn't really need a book on indexing personal names. This is not
