Good - I like the excersie plans in the back. But I can't follow all the recipes as my surgeon has me on a different post-op diet. Maybe I can follow them after a year or two.
It did give lots of advice - reading before the surgery would be good for people too. It gives a pretty clear pic of what your life will be like afterwards.
