Mahirap bashin pero napakagandang katha.
Totoong mahirap basahin ang nobelang ito ni Ka Amado. Malalim ang pananagalog, marami sa mga kataga sa libro ang hindi na masyadong ginagamit o madalis marinig, tulad ng kwalta, kukos balungos, mga pag gamit ng "'y" at "e" at mga katagang mga kudlit sa itaas ng mga patinig. Hindi lang iyan, marami ring mali o typographical error, minsa'y kulang o kaya'y walang pagitan ang mga salita. Isa pa ang pinaka huli, ay ang malabo at More...

This is the book that made me fall in love with Tagalog. Until I read this book, I didn't realize how beautiful, passionate and poetic Tagalog could be.

If only they printed it with darker ink, I wouldn't be spending too much time deciphering the words that can hardly be seen. Love the story, especially Mando. :) (The question is: who doesn't?)
