it's a good book if you're starting from scratch. considering that i've been working (and re-working) my resume for the entire summer, a lot of the information felt redundant. and for those who are internet savvy, susan ireland is also extremely helpful with restructuring resumes.
Full of good information, but I was surprised at the lazy examples. There are quite a few examples where the tabs were not set correctly, and they appear to advocate word hyphenation instead of justifying the lines. My advice is to look at the content, but do not follow the layout examples as to how a resume should look. The formatting mistakes/suggestions made them cumbersome and unappealing.
I haven't actually read it cover-to-cover, but I've been using it as a reference when applying for jobs. It has some great tips and examples. Definitely a great book to have on hand.
