The format is magazine like with a mixture of illustrations, photographs, and cartoons. The layout includes different boxes with history snippets, information about the technology that Peary and Henson used, etc. This format is very informative, and does a good job presenting information in a way that is not necessarily nonlinear, which would enable the reader to contextualize Henson and Peary’s experiences with history, scientific discoveries, etc. On the one hand, I think that this format woul ...more
