Book 6 in a fun and silly series about a boy race car driver/spy for kids who love words. Not perfect for struggling readers, but great for kids grades 1 - 3 who read well enough to enjoy learning about new ways to play with words like palindromes and anagrams. Some kids who don't have that strong a command of language will still enjoy the books just for the silly villains.

Very disappointing...I have always enjoyed the previous Otto Undercover Books, but I did not find this one captivating at all.
