A great read. Quick, takes under an hour to read but will stay with you much longer. The book is engaging and inspiring. It reminded me that business is not just about Excel spreadsheets and profit margins, but it is about people and it is about change. I loved the stories told along the way of getting the 21 ways to inspire change. My favorite quote from the book is "if you don't like change, you're going to like irrelevance a lot less". Recommend this book for managers, all types of leaders ...more
